Requirement:

For students on full time courses in the UK, most schools in the UK require that their students whose families live overseas to have a responsible  Guardian resident in the UK, normally aged over 25 years. As part of tier 4 visa requirements for under 18's suitable arrangements should be made  for  child students  a) travel; b) reception when they arrive in the UK; and c) care while in the UK.”

Whilst at the school, your teacher will take responsibility for academic progress and welfare onsite, but there are times during the term and more especially outside term time, when the College must be able to hand over these responsibilities to a properly appointed Guardian.
